Hi,
I have an issue with two of my latest bigger prints on my P1S. The walls are bulging out slightly every 6mm. This is very consistent from bottom to top, all around the model. If its bulging out, its doing this all around for a few layers and then returning to normal. Its not offset (like when the printer would loose steps). The transition is very smooth. There are no features on the model that might cause this. The Layer Time view does not indicate a correlation between layer time and the issue, only in a few expected spots.
Filament is Nobufil PLAx Artist Grey. It uses the Bambulab PLA settings - calibration was spot on (Flow Dynamics and Flow Rate). Filament diameter seems consistent.
P1S, Nozzle is a Hardened 0.4mm, Textured PEI Plate.
Default 0.2mm Printing Profile, with the exception of:
- 3 Walls
- Cubic Infill 15%
Attached are three pictures and the project file. I’m happy about any help!
