Hi all,
I’m experiencing an issue with my brand-new P1S printer (0.2 nozzle). When printing in the diagonal +X +Y direction, the walls do not align or bind correctly. In all other directions, the printer performs flawlessly.
I’ve thoroughly tested various slicer settings — including pressure advance, flow rate, line width, speed, skew correction, … — but none of these adjustments have resolved the problem.
Given the consistent nature of the issue and the fact that it only occurs in one specific direction (and also the fact that I’ve never had such an issue with my Prusa MK4S), I suspect it may be hardware-related.
Did some of you alreday experienced such an issue? How did you solve it?
