I am from Germany so to far away makes No Sense.

Under EU law (Directive (EU) 2019/771 on consumer sales and, where applicable, Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), the seller is responsible for bringing the goods into conformity and must bear the necessary costs, including transport and shipping. They cannot make your statutory warranty or other legal remedies conditional on you still having the original packaging. You are only required to return the goods safely packaged; if the original packaging is no longer available, you must use equivalent suitable packaging. At most, missing or inadequate packaging may affect any deduction for damage or loss of value, but it does not remove your legal rights.
I have returned many products without the original box and never had any issues – I usually pack them better than they arrived, and I always take photos of the packaging so there can be no doubt about how the item was shipped back.
Please elaborate on the reason you are returning it. I’m on the fence about ordering one with all the issues I have read so far.

This is my second H2S, the first was send back, because of bad first Layer quality in the end. Before that I had to fix a defect FilamentCutterStopper (that is the correct name!) and I had several issues with self-terminating prints. Error message was always, that I paused the print. That was not true. Worse, the print was not paused but terminated by the printer. The Head was frozen in place where he dropped the las bit of filament. This behaviour was known by A1 and P1S. Seems to be an old bug. There it was solved a good year ago as I read here in the forum.
Second one has a problem with the filament buffer. Theo orange part ist pulled to far to the right, so it got into the “hole”. There it get stucked and releases with a "click"sound. That leads to AMS-Motor is overloaded error. The printer pauses then and I have to resume (works without problems, but have to do it every 10 mins from time to time). First LayerQuality is even worse at the second printer…
