Warn: hms_0700_4500_0002_0003

Hello everyone,
I had to dismantle the extruder because I had a filament jam. I cleaned the extruder and reinstalled it, but I received a WARN: HMS_0700_4500_0002_0003 warning. The printer does not start printing at all. I replaced the cutter according to the information on the site’s form and all the sockets are in place. Even though I tried several times, this error code stops the printing command within 2-3 seconds. I tried all directions but it didn’t work.
I cannot give any command to the printer. It doesn’t calibrate, it doesn’t write, I reset it to factory settings and nothing changed.

At the same time, when I commanded my machine to remove the filament, I noticed that when it made its route and reached the position where it should approach to cut the filament in front, it did not approach the wall completely and there was a distance between it and the area where it needed to touch itself in order to cut the filament.

I think it couldn’t cut the filament because it didn’t complete its route completely.
I think , there is a " step loss" .

How can I deal with this error and the error code leaving the machine paralyzed?

Just Had this error today and yes it makes the printer not do anything. This is related to the filament sensor, Follow this wiki [HMS_0700-4500-0002-0003: The filament cutter handle has not released. The handle or blade may be stuck. | Bambu Lab Wiki], I had to replace the Extruder Filament Sensor - P1. it looks like the sensor believes that the magnet in the cutting handle is still next to the sensor even though it is not, For me it looked like I Pinched the circuit film replacing it after a hot end blockage.

hope this helps
