Receiving this error. Swapped the hot end and the hot end heating assembly. Still get the error.
Anyone have a fix as I have not heard back from tech support.

Having same issue now
Have you tried the factory reset or downgrading the firmware? Got the error a couple of times after swapping hotends, but after restarting the machine everything was „fixed“.
Saw those kind of problems a couple of times, so feel free to share any information you get from Bambu Lab.
So i tried the factory reset and downgrading, thanks for the advice on that, but no luck. When Bambu responded they ended up sending me another TH board. Replaced the board and i can now heat the hot end.
What it wont do now is calibrate the axis. I have checked all the cable connections, Both ends of the USB and now waiting on a response about this issue.
Same problem here yesterday, started my very first print, after a few minutes I’ve got the same error, did a factory reset and now it won’t even calibrate anymore, it’s just useless. I’ve send already 2 support tickets but no response from their site. I would like to send it back and ask for a refund because this is a DOA so I want my money back. Has anybody an idea how to do this? Do I need a return label or so? It appears that you have it back within 14 day’s. If they take a week to answer it will be difficult to send it back within 14 day’s.
Ended up returning the A1 for a full refund at Microcenter.
