What happened to you is what had me worried when I posted the picture above: an errant piece of spaghetti attached to the print could snag the left nozzle wire. It hasn’t happened to me yet, but it seems like just a matter of time before the conditions might arise, and obviously it already did happen to you. A better design would be like the flashforge quicko-change hotend nozzles, which don’t have any exposed wires at all.
