Warped bed and awful top layers at back of the print bed

I have a brand new P1S I’ve been running for about a week now. First prints were great, but were also super small and only took up a few inches of the bed.

I’ve started doing some larger prints and the top layers towards the back of the print bed are really awful. Lots of waves, texture, and looks like goofy extrusion.

I’ve searched for a couple of hours and found similar posts, but none had a resolution. Common theme was prints lifting up. None of my prints have obviously lifted up.

But I did fine that the back right corner of my bed slopes downward. About 2mm left to right and ~1mm front to back. So the plate itself is warped.

I have no idea if this supposed to be acceptable (for $1k I would hope not!) and if the print issue is related (or it’s just coincidence). Has anyone else dealt with a warped bed like this?

Happy to open a ticket with Bambu, but wanted others’ thoughts and experiences.
