Hello again Eno. It has been a hot minute, and I finally got some regular PLA and the time to try printing this again. Here are my results:
So for some reason that stupid lip still appears on on the top. But the warping is completely gone! I will call this a win. I can run a deburr tool across the top and its perfect. I will likely attempt some more infill setting changes but other than that it is good enough to do the job I need it to, so I am calling this one finished.
