Warping problems X1 C

Hi mates, since a weeks i’ve started to get warping on my recatangular prints, regular prints came out without any problems. Also my primer towers are getting this issue.
i already calibrate my printer, recently made it maintenance(clean all insides, cleaned carbon rods, leadscrews, lubed them and adjust belt tension).
For now i’m only using eSun PLA+ for prints.

How are you cleaning your bed and is the Aux fan turning on during the print?

Hi!. I’m cleaning the bed with ispropropyl alcohol, i have all fans working.

First I would stop using isopropanol and clean the bed with dish soap and hot water. Give it a really good strub and rinse. Make sure not to touch the build surface as your fingerprints will cause adhesion issues. Next I would disable the Aux fan while printing. In your picture the part closest to the Aux fan outlet is the one that is warping.

+1 on the plate cleaning, but if that is good, I would set up the prime tower somewhere else. Directly in front of the aux fan could be cooling it too quickly and causing it to pull up from the bed.

Same with the model warping. Its possible the cooling is too aggressive and causing the warping.

Also, warping is caused when there is a lot of plastic being laid down in a specific area. So high wall counts and high infill will create warping. To fix the dense plastic problem, you can use slicer modifiers and thin out the infill or wall count in the trouble areas.

Thanks for your response. Is there any way to config fans from the slicer for specific prints or do you have to do it manually?. So I will try turning off aux fan and share the results.

I don’t know of a way to manage the cooling per section of the print, outside of the various normal parameters like bridges and overhangs.

Don’t forget to also use soap and water like @JonRaymond suggested, that is probably your main problem.

Hi mates, thanks for all your tips. I solved the problem.
-Making a plate cleaning with soap and warm water.
-Re run a new printer calibration
-Applying this settins to filament config.

Thanks for all your help!
