I am about to go through all the fine print. But I bought a Bambu P1S with the AMS in March. I believe I am still under warranty. I love printing, and liked the printer but @bambulabs support is so bad. I have had 5 issues in a row and printer has been idle for just about 5 weeks now. ordered parts, watched videos, came on forum. I AM doing alot, they are doing nothing! you guys are awesome. what are my options?

If you were in Europe of the U.K. you would likely be entitled to a replacement device du to the model you have “not being fit for purpose”.
This means you have a contract of sale that requires the product you purchased must fulfill the purpose for which it was sold and without defects. Different protections apply at different times, 14 days, 28 days, 6 months, 12 months, 2 years and 6 years.
You would need to have documented issues which it sounds I’ve you have.
I suspect you live in the US based on your timezone.
I am unsure of your basic rights there.
The key to remember is that your country has laws that are designed to protect consumers from issues arising from US based companies, I understand for legal reasons BL has one of these in order to comply with legislation. Local laws always trump sales contracts.
How far they do protect are the thing you have to work out.
