Warranty replacement X1C Australia

Hi all, we bought a new X1C in February of this year. Had a lot of difficulties and back and forth with tech support. BL decided there were significant issues with the printer and wanted to send a replacement.
We sent it back to their warehouse in Sydney, Australia, we are about 20 minutes drive from the warehouse. they got it last Friday. Whats concerning me is there have been no communication since they received it back. Ive sent 3 emails, just asking for a timeline for replacement, no reply.
Anyone know BL Australia’s status? No response is normal? I’ll just get a printer mailed to us at some point?

Anyone had a new X1C in the last 2 weeks delivered from Aussie warehouse? My DOA X1C was received into BL Aust warehouse 2nd June. No replacement sent out and no delivery date as BL claim they are nil stock in Aust with no restock date.
