Ive watched all the videos worth watching and the only downsides that werent already obvious are

-The bed heating element (a1 style) causes uneven heating, so you may have weird adhesion issues at. certain points of the bed… They did this with a thermal camera and saw a difference of 10c across the plate.

-There is excessive smoothing from the heavy toolhead and gantry, so we may have to slow it down for super fine details or lettering.

-Last thing is support surfaces are not so clean. Youll notice few reviewers are really putting it to the test, but the ones.that are actually printi g stuff with support, look like doo-doo

All these people received nearly 10 grand in free items from Bambu even, and still pointed this stuff out.

I’ve watched a bunch and couldn’t find consensus

  • some claimed loss of detail while other claimed exceptional detail
  • one claimed bed adhesion issues while none else mentioned it
  • some said it “just works” out of the box, while other had to fiddle with settings
  • some said TPU is an afterthought, other said they were to print ok, as long as they followed strict instructions, and some printed it without remarks
  • Someone figured out how to get full 350mm print

I think best thing is to wait for the “I used it for x months” videos, after the initial hype dies down
