Way to define different infill densities in closed model?

I just delivered a print to a new client that forgot to mention he was using the mold I made for dry casting rather than pouring which entails compacting the moist cement with a hammer. One of the areas will be too fragile if not printed almost solid, but it is a very small portion of the part and I cannot justify the time and expense to do the entire model solid or with a very dense infill.

If I can figure this out he will be a valuable long term customer.

I haver done a few searches but obviously not the right one. Any advice or pointing in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance ! Phill

Look at using “modifiers” which allow you to run specific settings in specific areas of a model.

Also a good thread to read with lots of cool examples of people pushing the envelope of what you can do with them.
