Imagine an ams hub with input side runout sensors. Now imagine the printer only pulled the filament back to that sensor unless the next color was also in the same ams unit. Im not home, so I cant look but I wonder uf it would be possible to make a 2x2 style hub(instead of 4 inline style) that would fit inside the top rear of the case even. It would really cut the multicolor print time down for people with more than 1 ams. Unless im missing something.It may even sell more ams units as a side effect and most likely lenghthen the life of ams motors.
