Weird artefacts on first layer using SuperTack and Textured PEI

Hello,
Some days ago I washed both of these plates using warm water and dish soap but I’m still getting some sort of residue that’s sticking to both plates.

All filament that I used was dried just prior and stored in sealed containers with fresh silica gel.

On the Textured PEI sheet it’s showing the remains of the previous print (this was using Bambu PETG-CF):

Using the SuperTrack plate gives me these weird lines on the first layer. I’m using Bambu PLA Matte Ivory White with a 0.4 nozzle and did an automatic flow dynamics calibration (all other settings are stock).

In this example I was trying to print this model using a 0.2 nozzle. It failed every time and actually clogged the nozzle and started “printing” in mid air:

What other possible troubleshooting steps could I try?
