I printed this sheath for my scale and it has this obvious blemish. I have almost no skills at analyzing this kind of print problem. When I look at it in the slicer, I see that there’s a color change at about that point. I don’t know if this has anything to do with the blemish but it seems odd to me that the slicer would suddenly make a change in the middle of a print. I’m attaching the 3mf file if that helps. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Check your wall setting if Arachne
I don’t think this is related to the MakerWorld Category, however I think I do know the issue.
It seems that the model is not the exact dimensions the whole way up the model. The walls on the bottom are slightly thinner and it gets thicker as it goes up. In those thinner sections the slicer uses “Gap Infill” because there’s not enough area and then when it gets wider it switches to “Inner Wall”.
If you can change the design to make the walls uniform it won’t have that change happen. Otherwise, changing the Wall Loops to only 1 will have it switch to regular infill at that layer instead and that might help.
Edit: Also just saw GenericUser’s comment and Arachne Walls would also fix this well, much better solution
