Weird calibration issue

I fully calibrate all new colours or filaments by default.
My last batch came from Kingroon and I had no issues with their filament at all.
Except for this light green PLA roll…
Two problems:
a) I wanted this specific colour.
b) It refuses to play ball with the calibration, let me explain:

If the flow ratio is calibrated using a vase mode model then solid infills get far too much filament.
Resulting in ridges building up, worse towards the outer walls.
If I calibrate to get a prefect infill I end up with a (vase mode) wall thickness of just 0.36mm instead of 0.43mm.
And the difference between those two different ways is always there, I aim for somewhere in the middle for most things.
With this green PLA though things are off the charts.
Vase mode comes out perfect with a flow ration set to 1.14 while the infill is perfect at 0.96.

As this is way out my ordinary I started to suspect that there might be link to the last update.
Did not put any new rolls in since then.
Checked with a yellow Kingroon roll I calibrated BEFORE the update and with a new orange one…
The yellow was out of specs and resulted in the same mismatch.
The orange was no better…
Since the yellow printed fine before and WAS calibrated I am leaning more and more towards the applied update.

Before I try a rollback:
Did anyone else notice this massive difference between vase mode and infill calibration since the update?
New filament from a different supplier should arrive early next week, so will see whether or not this makes a difference.
