Weird error? By me? By printer?

Hi guys, im still new to printing, and this was the first time this has ever happened… I was printing “helipad for RC heli” (on MW) and this popped up on the print… I was out flying my drones so I didn’t catch this, but does anyone know what happened???
I’m really confused
Thanks!

Looks like warping to me. The rough edge came free from the bed and raised/curled a bit. It gets that ugly texture from rubbing against the nozzle.

How do I fix this?
Is it like a calibration issue orrr

It’s very difficult to determine what is going on from these isolated photos. I can think of a number of explanations.

Can you upload a screenshot of the model in Prepare mode, as well as in Sliced Preview mode? Please also zoom in the slicer window on the area of the build plate where the problem is occurring.

The reason for this request is that this output could be caused by:

  1. The model.
  2. Orientation of the model on the build.
  3. Support settings.
  4. Layer height.
  5. Dirty build plate.
  6. Incorrect filament calibration.
  7. Wet filament.

There are likely additional factors, but understanding both the slicer output and the intended print result will help us better analyze why it turned out that way. My first place to look is to understand what the slicer thinks it sent to the printer versus what came out. For that we need to see the screenshots. Anything else would be mere guesswork.

I don’t know what I am seeing.

For something that not a common problem, you should give us a 10’000 foot view and then micro view of the problem so that we understand it before we help you diagnose the problem.

Maybe bed leveling problem too, according to the last picture. I’m seeing same or similar problem very often in this forum.
I’m not sure whether you will be able to fix bed leveling issue yourself. It’s due to a design (construction) “glitch” - all three Z axis movements are made by one motor and by one belt. I’d rather call it a fatal design bug than a glitch… somebody, please prove me wrong.

Okay, I think it might be some bed leveling issue. But for some reason certain places on my printer work, while others don’t… specifically the outside ring. This was a second plate for the helipad and the nozzles definitely rubbing on the print…

Yall should ban me from ever owning a printer again cs low key I’m terrible at my maintenance

High chance it’s my extruder?

Difference between new and old nozzle

  1. Could you try Orca slicer?
  2. Could you reset the printer to factory settings?
  3. Not sure whether this one applies but I’ll try: Somewhere in this forum or in Bambu Wiki I read that after firmware update you have to re-slice everything again. Weird. If this is true, it is a serious bug… when you store GCODE files and run print tasks from microSD.

I’d definetely try Orca.
