Sample part printed beautiful. First batch of 25 started to show some ripples. Second batch of 25 parts showing more ripples. Any ideas? Have only run one spool of pla thru this.
Moisture maybe? Try drying your spool…idk…

Lots of theories, no definitive solution as of yet.
Some methods work for some people.
First and foremost, since your printer is new and gradually showing this, do the maintenance procedure of cleaning, and belt tension. The tension procedure is critical, to do it slow, and doing full movement then making sure that your belts are at the same tension, and your carriage is square.

Oh my. I see im not the only one with this problem. My first few prints were so perfect i thought about buying another one. Think I’ll hold off on that.
Try the maintenance solution first. I have the problem only on larger prints and I have a Dec 22 printer.
They have made several minor changes to the printer every batch.
I plan on a second one when funds allow.
