So I have a couple of weird things going on with a print that began today.
1, I got a couple of nozzle temperature errors, the job stopped midway, but there was no QR code, etc for things to try. I hit run on the job, it picked up again, but after a minute it did the temp error again, hit run…its been fine since, but I have not seen this issue before, any thoughts?
- I am getting a clicking noise in some areas of my print job, they are coasters, and it appears to be areas where the filament is rough, I dont get why it got rough, the other areas printed are smooth as glass. it was almost like it was moisture in the filament, but I dried it (petg Sunlu) for 24 hours before using it.
in the video (see link) you can see the filament feeder click back like its almost gettin stuck, but then it doe another area of the print and it is completely fine.
Could it be that the rough area of the print is snagging the head just enough to cause the clicking? My other question is why are those areas rough when literally millimeters way it is smooth?
