Hey there,
recently Ive been having troubles printing. as seen in the pictures i cant seem to get this print done and I have no clue where to look to fix this problem.
Dummy and I are realy at our limit…
Im using PLA from Bambulab and a 0.4 mm nozzle. The filament should not be the problem since I have this issue with different Bambulab PLA (incl. matt and silk)
Are you able to show the original model or upload the .3mf file you used?
Sure thing. here it is. I have tried printing a deeprock mug. Plate nr. 1
00-Gesamt mit ams mit einigen Detais - Pascal.3mf (127,9 KB)
I have stopped printing after I had seen the issue after around 1,5 cm
Can I also ask what version of Bambu studio you are using? It seems like it is older than the current version.
Is the part flat on the bottom or have the edges warped up?
Im using the current version of the orca slicer. Maybe I should try it out with the Bambu Studio.
the bottom part is flat and there is an angle build in. After about 10 mm the angle turns to a 90° straight up. And exactly on this point this ugly stuff happens…
It is a very odd issue as the printer shouldn’t have any issue with the transition. the bottom of the part is flat correct?
Yes exactly the bottom part is completly flat
Do you have issues on other parts or only on this model?
Hey, thanks for trying to help and sorry for replying so late…
So far I saw some weird looking lines on different prints befor, but this is by far the worst I have seen. And its only on this modle
Im going to do the usual maintenance again and make another calibration. Hope that this helps
