I was searching for a light for my P1S, and I came across this model. It has nothing to do with my search query, but it’s weird.
The model title is the model description. Not sure if this is because the description is translated?

Strange
I am surprised it even allowed a title that long.
But I agree, very strange.
I’m not sure the model author intentionally set it to that. I would guess the translation messed it up.
Could it be auto translated? That’s probably a lot less characters in Chinese for example
It’s HTML though. I don’t think Chinese really works with HTML. I’d guess it’s just a bug when it autotranslated from Chinese to English. @MakerWorld @Tanklet
Hi @Zammer3D ,
What’s your exact query word in the searching box?
Whatever you mean. HTML syntax only works according to the standard, i.e. English-language terms and abbreviations. Browsers cannot read it otherwise. The second thing is characters that can be inserted as text. The browser does not interpret the text, so it does not matter what is stored there.
I’m not sure. I thought it was something like “p1s light flood,” but it’s not showing up now. The model title appears to be fixed as well
Found another model. This seems to be a recurring issue. Any time it translates the model description, that translated description (HTML and all) appears as the model title.
We found the root cause and got it fixed on yesterday’s update.
For new models, it should not happen again.
For existing models, we will start an “bug detector and auto-fix” routine later.
The existing problem translations were also fixed.
If you still notice such issues, please tell us. Thanks!
