Weird overflow on h2d

Ok so I have been having these weird overflow parts happen in my print that has never happened before I’m using bamboo labs PLA new it happens with multiple types of filament I have not done any recent maintenance that could cause this tho after turning your ironing it got smaller

Is that side of the part sitting next to the aux cooling fan?

In one of the photos, yes where I’ve seen it as a fact is right around here

Try printing a simple fan deflector and trying a print with that in place. Or just tape over the outlet.
