Recently, I have weird scratch (like?) marks in the bottom right corner of a print. Overhangs and everything else looks very good, but it’s always on the top surface bottom right corner where I see problems. Also on larger prints. The other corners look good.
I am using the Bambu Lab A1 with the newest firmware and a 0.4 mm nozzle.
I am using Orca Slicer 2.2.0 with default 0.2 mm settings.
The filament is SUNLU PLA+.
This is a picture of the most recent YOLO Flow Rate test. It is especially visible in the bottom three prints, the +0.3, +0.4, and the +0.5 one, but also visible in the upper -0.3 one for example.
It started, when I switched my old 0.4 mm nozzle to a new one. But I cannot see any damages on the new nozzle, and also not on the extruder itself.
Maybe this is the same issue as “Anyone seen this type off infill/wall issue? - Bambu Lab A1 Series / Troubleshooting - Bambu Lab Community Forum”?
I have reverted my A1 from the 01.04.00.00 to the 01.03.01.02 firmware, and the quality seems to be back to normal.
Did it really sort it out? How did you revert it?
I am not totally sure, if things are as good as previously, but there is a major quality difference on my side. I also did a total reset of my printer and filament settings, so it is a bit tough to pinpoint the exact cause of improvement.
You can easily change to firmware versions up and down using the Smartphone App, so I still recommend you to try to give it a shot.
I really don’t think changing underlying settings like infill/wall overlap is the way to go forward to improve the expected quality for the basic samples prints. They should (and have been in the past) come out beautifully with standard settings on the A1. I also do not see any bed adhesion issues from the photos in your post.
