What am i doing wrong?

I have a p1s. And I generally have this problem with circular parts. I didn’t change any settings. Sometimes I print without any problems, sometimes it looks like the photo. What is the reason? thank you for your help

What have you tried to fix the problem?

Start with a clean plate (warm water, and a grease cutting dish detergent and a thorough rinse and dry with a clean towel - don’t touch the surface) and dry filament.

What filament is being used? Is the issue related to a specific type of filament?

Have the retract settings been changed? And how high is the print temperature?

There could be many reasons as @lkraus suggested to start from somewhere
here is a list but not limited

  • Material type - PETG over extruding and PEI can be an issues especially PETG have tendency to stick on the nozzle when over extruding
  • Bed adhesion
  • Wet filament
  • the tension on the belts …
  • Parameters of the filament ( K, Flow, Temp )
  • Issues with the nozzle like partially clogged
NOTE on PEI plate auto calibration does not work
Probably i would go with @lkraus suggestion and use other plate not PEI first
    Second would dry the filament
Third would do a manual Flow/K calibration OrcaSlicer has a good setup and plenty online sources how to do it
And probably would check the belts and the nozzle some thing obvious
cleaning the nozzle may be my first or last check depending on actual print results and tests
