Since i needed to replace the hotend assembly I am seeing this in every 2nd print. The filament comes out on top of the hotend… Anyone an idea what i screwed up here?

Check the nozzle is align and the left nozzle guide is moving correctly up and down.
I unplugged the hotend, put it in carefully again. And now the H2D is running for several hours with several prints just fine.
Weird. It did not look unaligned one bit before. Optically i can not detect a difference.
In all honesty, the H2D seems to be a bit more finicky than my P1S was. I am spending a lot more time calming his character than i was before. Probably spend more time “fixing” issues in 250h of print time than in nearly 2000h on the P1S.

And now i printed another 30h with different filaments. And it starts to happen again…
Is there any calibration/setup i missed to do after i changed the hotend from standard to highflow that could cause this?
Frank
Do you have the the AMS run to the left nozzle?
Actually, i do. Did i miss a faq there?
The left nozzle guide did you inspect ?
Look for a big gap or it is sticking up at times.
The HF nozzle inlet tube and chamfer look ok ?
You can switch them left to right and see what happens.
I would also summit a support ticket.
You can run the ams on left or right nozzle.
The nozzle itself looks fine to me, but i can just swap them to see if that makes a difference. I did file a support ticket.
I assumed i can run the AMS on right & left, but never actually checked the documentation :).
But what do you mean with “left nozzle guide”? The dual filament guide?
tx for the help so far
Frank
Yes, the dual filament guide on the left moves up and down under spring pressure. Is it not dropping down properly maybe sticking?
