What causes this? Help

I’ve only recently acquired the X2D, but I’ve had the A1, A1mini, and P1S for three years, so I’ve already had several hours of printing under my belt.

The attached photos have highlighted the aesthetic defect; I’d like to understand what could be causing it.
The material is white PLA. I used a 0.4 mm nozzle with a standard 0.2 print profile, and reduced the speed to 100-150.

First of all, I’ve never had similar problems with other printers. This is the first time a printer has given me so many problems (this is just one of many).

If you need any more information, please let me know. Thanks.

That’s ringing.

Re-run your printer calibration, and make sure your printer is sitting on a reasonably stable surface.

Cleaning and lubricating the x/y axis is also a good plan before calibration.

Which revision/version is yours?

If nothing else, maybe try to relocate it on more solid place ( floor maybe ) and even remove the very soft feet, recalibrate for vibrations from the menu and try.

I think the wiki has also some topics for checking the belts.
