Finished up assembling the xbox controller box. Made it with black pla and dark purple petg. The holes aren’t quite big enough for the AA batteries and i don’t know how to fix it

15mm drill bit or 9/16” can enlarge the hole, as long as your walls have enough meat. Or you reprint with a bigger hole 
I do t think theres enough wall for a drill i was gonna try it but didnt want to ruin it. Im not good at the cad/studio part, not sure how to modify someone elses stl file. Too new still 
This is one of those things you can do easily to someone else’s model
Drop it in your slicer, get it ready as youd normally do. I’ll enlarge the benchy’s chimney but you’ll do it on your model.
Right click the model - add NEGATIVE part - cyllinder
Drag and resize the cylinder. I’m making mine 4mm but you want yours the diameter of a AA battery, approx 15mm. Use the camera and move tools to get it lined up. Don’t poke the hole all the way thru the bottom of the model.

And there’s now a hole! (and misaligned, but thats my problem lol)

Ha. Thats what i was trying to do but i thought it was wrong and wouldn’t come out right on the printer. Thanks ill go back and try again.
