This is the community forum. People here are very helpful but they will not be able to do anything if your issue is related to customer support other than give you advice on how to possibly proceed.
What is your issue?
I ordered a new PrintHead interface board after I got my printer about 5 weeks ago and we are approaching week 4 of it still being “In Transit” support just tells me it’s the expected wait time, but I also ordered the screws bundle and that arrived 5 days after I ordered it…I am out $1500 and it doesn’t seem like bambu really cares…I just dont know what to do.
It’s up to you, actually. Wait longer, or charge back. Your call.
