I have mashed it before printing, during printing, after printing - NADA
Some things say it is pause button - Nope
Some things say it is some sort of air vent thing - Not as far as i can tell
Its for the laser and cutter jobs, to be present and start the proccess
Thanks, so it is start/pause just for options i don’t have…good to know…I was about to start taking stuff apart and see if wires were hooked to it.
For reference, this is documented in the H2S manual:
Start/Pause Button
Laser and cutting tasks require manual supervision. After sending a laser or cutting job from the pre-processing software, the operator must press the Start button located at the upper-right corner of the printer to begin execution. The Start button can also pause laser and cutting tasks, but it does not currently support pausing 3D-printing tasks (pausing for 3D printing should be initiated from the screen).
As a reminder, the Bambu Lab wiki and manuals provide clear, step-by-step guidance on this feature.
I looked thru it, but I didn’t look at the laser or cutter guides as i don’t have those options - I looked thru the quick start guide that shipped with my unit, I downloaded the manual from the QR code, I looked at the wiki (just not the cutter/laser section) I have been looking for almost 2 days - Google AI told me it was a pause/start butan, but didn’t go into specifics
No offense intended—just sharing. I’m one of those people who only reads the manual when smoke appears.
No worries, I was so frustrated, I did actully read it
I tried like multiple times presing it in the middle on the print and its not doing anything is not for pausing the print, you pause the print touching the screen, dont believe 100% the wiki bc is not finished, as i said, the H2S is gonna be compatible with the laser and cutting module, so its for that, end of the story.
