What happend to this?

Hello creative people,

I really don’t get it… as you can see in my picture below, this is what happend this morning, twice. i have to stop it, luckly i saw it before getting worse.
The problem is, it was printed ok and nothing happend the day before. I use the printer the day before almost all day and nothing bad happend… but today, this is what happend when I want to start to print. No setting or bed changing whatsoever. Just put the filament in th AMS, send the the file and print… as usual.

My setting I use all the standart preset setting. Bambu Lab P1S 0.4 nozzle and 0.20 mm Standart @BBL and textured PEI… and never have a problem with this for PLA… until this morning.

Any advice will be helpful.

… and it seems happend on the second layar, not the first/initial layer

hemm… after attempt for the 4th times and the 4th attempt using the original textured P1S, everything seems normal again.
I think the bigthte PEI bed is not compatible with P1S. i bought this bed becuse the only one with smooth plate, the original only have textured face.

Did you change the build-plate type in Bambu Studio or Bambu Handy (depending on which you used to start the print) to whatever the new smooth plate told you to use?

Chances are it would require the smooth build-plate type.

It is an easy setting to forget to change.

yup… I always checked if I’ve already choose the right plate in bambu studio (Prepare tab) before printing.
the 3rd attempt, I tried the textured side of bigtht* plate (same plate but the other side of the smooth one) and still give me the same mess result like the last 2.

Maybe this new build plate needs a good cleaning. Warm water and dishwashing soap.
