What happened to my 0.2mm nozzle?

How does the mechanism work on the Panda Revo? Do they just screw off by hand? Can you do it while it’s still warm?

Yes, and carefully yes. You can change them warm or cold, just hand tighten.

I had an issue that was probably me where it would loosen a little, and that caused issues. I’m pretty sure it was all me though.

The little silicone “sock” they have slips. You’ll need to have a good grip. Using anything but fingers on that will tear it. They tear easily.

There are prints that you can do that just cover the end and that sock to use to remove, never had luck with any of those.

You can see the heating element. On top of that element is a coiled “sprint” that compresses against the heat sink when you screw in the nozzle to keep it steady and in place.

The nozzles have threads on them and you can only go so deep into the heatsink, so no worry there. Hand tighten and go on. Removal is the same, just unscrew and change. Carefully if you do it while warm.
