What happened to the 0.4 HF nozzles?

Did anyone actually receive one this time, or did they—as usual—just ship them to US customers again? This is by far the most frustrating thing about Bambu Lab right now: they keep lacking critical components for their existing products, yet continue developing new ones that will also end up without spare parts in stock for months. When will this company finally learn from its past mistakes?

Sure, I could stock up on 40–50 nozzles like some people apparently have, but should we really have to shut out other customers just to maintain a functioning supply chain of spare parts?

If I miss out this time as well, I’ll seriously start looking into other alternatives—even if that means resorting to completely no-name components—because this is well below any acceptable standard.

On top of that, PETG HF is now out of stock for an indefinite period. You really start to wonder what’s going on over there. Not exactly the smartest way to build long-term brand loyalty, to put it mildly.

And yes, I’m annoyed—my AMS HT units were clearly shipped to another customer, and I had to wait almost an extra month because of that. So yes, it’s obvious they do this. Most likely, they’ve done it again now—unless they genuinely don’t have them in stock, which wouldn’t surprise me at this point either. But trust in their constant excuses is fading quickly.

We have just completed a big summer sale, so it is expected for some of the items to be out of stock due to the high demand.

I want to assure you that our team is working on restocking the missing items in the shortest time possible, and we appreciate your patience while this is done.

But that clearly can’t apply to the 0.4 HF nozzles, since just yesterday you said “before 20th of July.” Now it’s suddenly the 10th of August — and that’s before they’ve even been available for sale in the EU.

global trade is in a hot mess right now, all thanks to a mad man in a certain colored house.

Chinas exports are up , 5.8% compared to an expected 5% , a little of topic i know , but bambu lab still appear to be in a position of having to rely on other manufacturers also …

I ordered 4 hf nozzles, i got them a couple of days later. If you want somthing you have to be on the ball and keep checking stock levels.

They never appeared, and I was hammering the refresh button for three hours straight—only for them to vanish before ever showing up. So I really don’t think that one’s on me. Honestly, Bambu Lab’s stock handling is a joke. Imagine if they built fighter jets with this kind of logistics—world’s first combat aircraft that spends more time grounded than flying because spare parts are indefinitely “under development.”

In my case, I checked every single day for a week and never saw them listed in the EU store. I even track certain Bambu Lab pages now—because let’s just say, it’s not the first time they’ve played loose with the truth. So if you managed to order from the EU store, that’s surprising, considering they never officially went live here. But then again, nothing really surprises me with this company anymore.

And as I said with my AMS HT units—I ordered four, got one, and the rest simply disappeared for a whole month. How is that even possible when others on this very forum placed their orders later than I did and received all of their AMS HT units without delay? Must be magic… or just Bambu Lab logistics at work.

That cartoon character doesn’t exactly improve anything—other than making the news slightly more entertaining than watching people fight over things that, frankly, don’t matter.

Let’s just hope the world finds some stability once that particular act is off stage. But honestly, it’s the same story everywhere—people keep voting for characters who shouldn’t be trusted with more than a Netflix remote, let alone a country.

Anyway, Bambu Lab really needs to get their act together. I usually stay loyal to a brand until they really mess things up—and let’s just say, we’re getting dangerously close to that line. If their goal is to scare away committed customers, they’re well on track. If not, they need to clean up the mess—regardless of whose fault it is.

There could easily be 2,000 customers out there like me—treating this as a serious hobby and spending roughly €2,000 per month on filament, spare parts, and accessories from Bambu Lab. That’s not pocket change. If they alienate us, they’re not just risking bad PR—they’re risking a solid chunk of revenue to no-name brands or even knockoffs.

I’ve already started scaling back my purchases from Bambu Lab, simply because they neither can nor seem willing to live up to the kind of supplier I want to put my trust in. Since I rely on my 3D printer for my other hobby—building ultralight aircraft—a halt in spare parts also means a halt in that project. So I’ve started sourcing alternative filaments to test which ones can match or outperform what I used to get from Bambu Lab.

In fact, I recently cancelled a filament order worth around €1,000 solely because of this latest incident—it was the final straw in their impressively poor handling of loyal customers. There are other companies out there who do want my money, if Bambu Lab doesn’t.

Part of me, I admit, can’t help but maliciously hope more people stop buying filament from Bambu Lab and get their spare parts from AliExpress instead—just to tighten the money pipeline a little.

Shame though—they did make a really good printer. But hey, let’s enjoy being happy 3D printing nerds for as long as we can.

funny enough even my creality ptfe tubes got delayed, lmao

One thing we can’t blame Bambu Lab for is when the local postal service decided to go on an adventure and delivered my package to the wrong address in the wrong city. Classic.

But what really added to the fun was that I got zero help from Bambu Lab—they told me I had to file a claim with the local post office, while the post office insisted Bambu Lab had to do it. A perfect loop of responsibility hot potato.

Luckily, the person who received a surprise box full of filament had no interest in becoming a 3D printing enthusiast and was kind enough to sign for the delivery and give it back. So at least someone acted responsibly in the end.

I’m afraid to tell you this, I just got an email notification and just ordered a pair. US based fwiw… Are they available for you now?

I am located in Germany and got the HF nozzles. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Apparently not — as I mentioned, all EU stock seems to be magically rerouted to the US instead. Bambu Lab clearly believes it’s a great idea to frustrate the rest of their customer base just to keep the US supplied. Brilliant strategy, really.
Last time taxes skyrocketed, stock availability suddenly improved — so I guess we just have to wait for the geniuses in the White House to fix this one too
Speaking of taxes, it’s a little suspicious that this is all happening right before the new tariffs kick in again. Very mysterious timing, indeed

Nice move buying four! But why not go all in and grab a hundred? With their track record, they might disappear for another year

Didn’t say how many I got, was only two, got them via support.

Why would you want one? I bought 2 and one clogged on standard Bambu PLA and I have been unable to unclog it. $60 dollar nozzle dead in under a day. I poked it I pulled it I preyed. Nothing works lol. I’ll never buy them again.

Mine don’t clog on PLA — probably because I never print PLA
Jokes aside, I use them to significantly cut down print time while maintaining the same structural strength in the parts. I run almost everything through them, from PETG-CF to PAHT-CF, with no issues — well, except for that one time with red PETG-CF, which gave me the clog from hell. Luckily, some cleaning filament at 350 °C did the trick.
