What happened with the filament survey reward?

I did the filament survey from Bambu I was emailed about on the 10th and received no reward.
What was that all about?

Gathering highly needed and useful info from users…for free. If you would have taken the time to read their Terms for participation, you would have noted that somewhere in there was mentioned something along the lines of “prizes shall be awarded aleatory”… welcome to “the club”. You got fooled once…try not to get fooled twice.

I see.
Really I don’t do surveys unless there is something in it for me.
I won’t be fooled twice…

I contacted support

"Thank you for contacting Bambu Lab Customer Support!

Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out our filament survey! We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad to have you as part of our community.

I completely understand your excitement about the reward—we’re just as eager to share it with you! The discount code will be sent to all eligible participants within 3 business days after the survey concludes on September 17. So, please keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your spam folder, just in case) around that time.

If you haven’t received the code by the end of that period, feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Thank you again for your patience and support. We can’t wait to help you with your next order!

Best regards,

Typical response (read: :ox::poop:)… Let’s see if you’ll actually get something on 17th.

I’ll update this if and when I get something.

Code arrived today, $30 off

Interesting. I got mine, but only $25 off… (And used…)

Could be different currencies too, mine was cad.

Not sure if anyone have this issue, I’ve received my code but I couldn’t use it. Seems like the code wasn’t bound to my email?

I have email support and they are suggesting a few things that I’ve already tried. Filament only, make sure email is correct and manually enter the code.

I got my code and managed to use it without a problem.
I sorta remember it was case sensitive, did you try all caps?

Thanks for the reply. I think bambulab have some IT issues with the code. 5 days after after I’ve open a chat ticket. with daily back and forth with photos and replies to their suggestion. Turns out it’s at their end, but they did resolved it at the end.
