In the first print, I was using a Sunlu black PETG matte. Notice the “cloudy” blemish. I tried again on another area of the build plate: better but still not clean. I let the AMS dryer run for twelve hours before printing the third sample. Still there. I’ve got an idea, but I want to hear what you guys have to say. Any responses will be appreciated. PS: The images don’t appear in order even though I gave them number tags.
They’re stress marks caused from shrinkage and or pulling the print from the bed plate. I use a heat gun and wave it over the marks to remove them. Don’t hold the heat in one place too long, just wave it back and forth enough till they disappear.
