Good luck, sounds like you are having the same issue as me. I made a post about it but have not gotten anywhere, I also have a pending ticket. Im setting up a ubuntu VM as we speak to see if I get the same result when using the appimage.
edit: same result on appimage 1.08.2.56 I would drive this thing back to microcenter if the return period hadn’t just run out.
