Could it be that you’re looking for this replacement part?
It doesn’t cost that much anyway, so it’s not really worth trying to tinker with your old one. Just replace it and you’re done.

I have all cleared but it’s still a jam in the hot end
will this be OK next tim I load filament?

Thought your extruder was broken? I strongly recommend that you focus on one topic at a time. Above all, provide detailed descriptions of the problems, which is what has been missing from your posts so far. Photos, for example, are always a good idea.
One more tip: your sentences are also sometimes very hard to read. Try using a translator or proofreader.

Yes I did it’s for at lest a new topic
Is the filament sensor showing filament loaded? If so you will need to clear it or, no you won’t be able to load filament.
I have order a new house as in my thirst tread as above
It just stopped printing out fillament

If you have filament stuck in or blocking the filament sensor, a new hose - ptfe tube, will not fix it. Are you able to take a photo of the part you have ordered?
Also please take a photo of the problem/problem area so we can help diagnose your issue properly for you.
