What's causing this?

My X1C has been printing well for a long time, then recently started doing this (see photos). It seems there is inconsistent extrusion, voids, and weak layer adhesion. I’m printing PLA and have tried the following troubleshooting steps without any change:

  1. dried the filament
  2. tried a different spool of PLA
  3. tried printing from rear spool holder instead of AMS
  4. cleaned nozzle and did a cold pull
  5. cleaned and lubricated lead screws, cleaned carbon rods
  6. ran all machine calibrations

Appreciate any suggestions!

Have you tried replacing the nozzle with a new one? Depending on the type of nozzle and type of used filament, some nozzles wear off after a while…

Thank you! I swapped out my E3D High Flow nozzle (which I’ve been using for the past year) for the stock Bambu nozzle, and the problem went away.
