What's going on with Bambu support these days?

Short version, the 1.7 update broke connectivity and the AMS. After a lot of effort, managed to roll back to 1.6, fixed all the problems. Opened a support ticket, explained I had updated both studio and the firmware, did a logout/login, did a factory reset. Support responded, ‘update both studio and the firmware, logout, login, do a factory reset’. I responded that I had already done all of that. Got a snippy response, “Well, if you won’t do what I asked, I can’t help you.”. Really? What’s happened to Bambu support and Bambu QC?
