I’m not sur what’s new regarding the fonts in the new update. Does Bambustudio now loads all the fonts installed on the computer?
If that’s so, I think I have a bugg. I’m on MacOs.
All the fonts seems available inside the font list. But some of them are not applied to the text when I select them. It just display Arial on those. And from what I call tell, all of them are fonts that I have installed myself. All of the pre installed system fonts works correctly.
Any idea?
Hi.
Bambu Studio uses your OS fonts by default, but some name and file type restrictions exist. So, you should had access to your Mac fonts in earlier versions.
It seems that there is indeed a bug, which was reported to BS developers:
Ability to add fonts · Issue #818 · bambulab/BambuStudio · GitHub.
Thank you this is very interesting.
Woaw! I don’t understand how this was pushed into the new public release. As is it’s useless and makes the experience of the text tool even worse than it was already.
