I’m speaking of the ones that just ripoff images and files from other creators while giving no credit, no printed image of their own. Basically just farming for points here.
They aren’t my files so I don’t think I can claim copyright for someone else?
Do I report the model or the profile?
and for the “describe the problem” would I just link to the model being ripped off?
I really don’t like being a snitch for a problem that’s not directly effecting me but as a small time creator trying to grow it’s really disheartening putting in the work to design something, take photos, print, come up with a profile and so on to get no views, no likes, no downloads, no points… etc while some scammer just runs rampant through the system.
What i usually do when filing a copyright claims is obviously the link to the original model and depending on what’s wrong i upload a screenshot of the license or a comparison of the models. In the text field i just write what’s wrong.
Wrong license, wrong upload type, not a remix, no attribution etc.
Try to make the first report clear and not too wordy, picture and links to original, and finally state what rule they’re breaking. I don’t think they waste time, if its going to take more than a minute to find the issue I reckon they reject it.
Don’t get too wound up with details, I found its kinda pointless.
