OK just an update for those who may have returned there’s in the UK. I’ve finally got the refund, it is exactly 7 days after they received the printer. There’s obviously no sign of a voucher yet, but the P1S I was going to get is now OOS anyway 
it was in stock yesterday as well!! If the printers weren’t so bloomin good I’d be looking elsewhere. But nobody else comes close to the quality of these printers. So more patience is needed, good things come to those that wait, and wait and wait some more
