Yes that’s right. I did request to return it as soon as we got the notification at the start of the month, but obviously with the new year it’s taken a while to send out the dispatch note. I hope you get the refund soon. It’s ridiculous that we don’t get the voucher straight away. I was just going to buy the P1S without the combo deal in the end as they have some in stock, I guess by the time I get the voucher the P1S will be OOS completely 
hopefully they bring out a new printer in the mean time and I’ll get that instead. There’s definitely one coming out soon but I imagine it will be an upgrade to the C1X. Hopefully bigger and swappable nozzles like the A1.
