I run the two calibrations for each type of filament I use and save it in its own profile in Orca. My question is, I use a textured PEI and a hotplate; do I need to do these calibrations for each of the bed plates or is one good enough? I don’t think it would make much of a different, especially flow dynamics, but wanted to get some input.

No, it’s enough to do it with one plate. These two calibrations depending on different filaments (sometimes different colors too) and nozzle size.
The bed leveling takes care of different plates, so if you cahnge the plate, you should do a bed leveling before the next print.
