The US store for BambuLab supposedly ships orders from either their Los Angeles or New Jersey warehouses, but I noticed something odd on the box of my recent order. All of the items I ordered were in the box, but on the UPS shipping label, the sender’s address is listed as “BestBuy.com Returns” with an address of 600 Park Loop Road Suite D, Shepherdsville, KY, 40165.
I looked up the address and it does belong to a Best Buy facility. I reached out to BambuLab customer support about this and I honestly don’t know if I was messaging a real person or an AI chatbot. Anyway, I was told that BambuLab does not have affiliation with Best Buy for shipping services and they didn’t know what I was talking about. After looking up my order info, they said my order shipped from LA. They asked for a picture of the shipping label to “send it to the warehouse”. They wouldn’t elaborate on what that meant but if they couldn’t provide me with an answer then it is not a big deal. My order was complete and it arrived on time so that’s what mattered. I was just curious about the sending address on the label.
