Where did this Bowden coupler come from?

I found this Bowden coupler sitting next to the poop chute and nozzle cleaner. I checked the filament sensor and that one is still there. All the couplers on the back are also still in place. Where did this one come from? I’m assuming from somewhere inside the chamber, but everything has been working fine even after I noticed it there.

I think it resides on the chamber side of the entry point of the PTFE to stop it from moving out.
