Where can I find the setting of “ironing angle” in Bambu-Studio version 1.8.4.51?
I only see the parameters as shown in the added image.
Thanks to all for your response.
@luc.desmedt1 I think Ironing Angle is only available in Orca Slicer for now.
Yes, OrcaSlicer only.
I wanted to show a side-by-side comparison of additional options available in OrcaSlicer vs Studio, but can’t do it in one picture - My 4K screen is not tall enough to show them all without scrolling!
Dark Orca vs light Studio:

active develop mode .
Found it under ‘Preferences’. Thanks!
Correct, but this should appear in the default parameters as announced in the “Bambu Studio 1.8.2 Release Notes” and described in the Wiki
Bambu changed the issue from Bug to Feature.
Maybe it never made it out of 1.8.2 beta?
Wonder if more comments on the issue would speed it along?
This is strange because it is described in Wiki
https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/software/bambu-studio/parameter/ironing
I’ve asked for clarification, and tried to understand the Github standard naming conventions.
Apparently, bugs and features are nearly the same so it may just be a matter of semantics. Or maybe the setting is currently classed as a (new) feature, and needs to be moved out of Develop before it can called a bug.
I suspect someone just forgot to move ironing angle from “Develop” into “Release”, and the Wiki and release notes were updated without verifying that the improvement was in place.
To me, if it is supposed to be in the “Official” release and isn’t in the right menu, it’s a bug.
The developers have been pretty responsive to issues I’ve raised about minor items like spelling and phrasing, so I suspect it will be corrected within the next couple of releases.
