Where is the "Warranty Claim Number"?

Hi Community,

I had to open a ticket due to a broken peace of hardware. The Support wants to know now my “warranty claim number”. Does anyone know where I can find this number?

Nope. But I believe you can see this number if you open up a ticket. And I think they just want to ensure that you still have the printer. So write this number on a peace of paper and make a picture in front of your printer. That’s it.

Have you had any luck finding the number? I have the same issue, I cannot find it.

At their first ticket reply they wrote a number below the ticket. I just wrote that number on a peace of paper and hold it in front of the printer while making a photo of it. That worked for me. Hope it may help you as well.

The warranty claim number is the ticket number.

Go to bambulab.com
Click on your avatar in the upper right corner.
Click “Support Tickets”
Find your ticket in the list, click “Detail”
The line titled Support Ticket has the ticket number on the right.
