So I recently picked up a 2nd AMS from microcenter but have not been able to use it due to the AMS hub being out of stock on Bambus website. I checked both Matter Hackers and Microcenter and they are also out of stock. Is there any trustworthy place that has it in stock?
You can just print a 2 in 1 out splitter and feed that into the buffer/hub you already have. Lots of people have done this already.

Please keep us posted – I was assuming there were more sensors in the AMS Hub than the standard buffer.

Not sure about the sensors thing but the Y splitter worked and both AMS units are functioning fine.

People are using these in-place of the AMS Hub.
As the AMS units control pushing the filament to the printer, they really only require a sage path.
That said, I have an AMS hub on each of my printers, I use the 4-in-1 splitter to route the input side (single point) to the printer, external spool and dryer outputs.

That’s awesome, I have the 4-in1 splitter already, and didn’t realize I could use another AMS with that. I’ll test it with my friend’s AMS. Thanks for all the info everyone!
