I have been notified that I have received some boost tokens for my models, but don’t see where I can actually view them? And how do you actually redeem them in store?
With a recent update, boost tokens are automatically redeemed. You no longer need to convert them into points. They will appear in your transaction history. If they are the other kind of boost token (the kind you give away), they’ll appear here. You can click the “Boost Tokens:” thing.

So previously 1 boost token equaled $1 in store, so according to the transaction history, it just counts as 12 points?
Yes. 12 points. You can redeem those points for gift cards in the store once you reach 490 (or equivalent in your area) to get a $40 gift card.
